The purpose of this Incremental Historic Structure Report is to document the development, use, and current condition of the extant buildings of Pisgah Inn, located at North Carolina Milepost 408.6 on the Blue Ridge Parkway. The entirety of the Blue Ridge Parkway was designated as a National Historic Landmark in December 2024, and the historic buildings of Pisgah Inn contribute to its significance. This report is incremental in nature, fulfilling the requirements of an HSR Part I. Treatment recommendations, which would be Part 2 of a complete document, are not included.
