The NPS Historic Preservation Training Center has been engaged by the New River Gorge National River to develop a Historic Structure Assessment Report for the historic farmhouse located on the Trump-Lilly Farmstead near Hinton, West Virginia. A comprehensive condition assessment was deemed necessary by NERI in order to identify the building deficiencies and provide treatment recommendations to guide future restoration efforts.
