This project provides a geo-referenced pictorial inventory of unique geological features and active Earth processes in Joshua Tree National Park. Associated high-quality photographs, GPS points, and geologic context in a report are provided. This information is intended to aid in interpretation and making visitor management decisions and ultimately protect natural resources and provide a safer and more enriching visitor experience.
