Results of a resurvey of a transect of the Sierra Nevada mountains in western North America that was first studied in the early 1900s. Compared the populations of amphibian species and found significant declines, even in relatively undisturbed areas. Gives potential reasons for the decline (introduced fish, drought-induced loss of habitat).
