Reports results of five herbicide solutions tested using cut-stump and continuous frill cut methods on firetree (Myrica faya Ait.) at two HAVO sites. All herbicides were effective at wet closed forest site. Varying effectiveness at dry woodland site. Discusses impacts on native plants. Tabular results lists for each treatment the months since treatment, no. killed, mean resprout category, mean live resprout height, resprout vigor, cambium color, and live resprout growth rate.
