The Resources Management Plan and Environmental Assessment for Craters of the Moon National Monument discusses proposed actions for managing the natural and cultural resources of the park. The environmental assessment indicated that no endangered or threatened species, floodplains, or wetlands would be impacted by the proposal. It has also been determined that this is not a highly controversial Federal action that would cause significant impact on the quality of the human environment.
