Description of the composition, extent, and character of vegetation in Glacier National Park, MT as surveyed and mapped 1933-1936 by the NPS Branch of Forestry. The main objective of this work was to develop/obtain fire hazard data. The 1920s were a significant decade for large, catastrophic fires in the Glacier NP area; this work was likely in response to the impacts of those fires.
