Report focuses and evaluates the fire danger rating, fuel loads and vegetation, previous fire history, and weather conditions present preceding and during the Red Bench fire are discussed. The document is divided into two volumes. The first volume summarizes the Red Bench Fire and contributing factors. Volume two contains appendices which go more in-depth on particular subjects such as climatology of the region, comparison to previous severe fire seasons, and chronology of events related to fire behavior and weather on the fire incident.
