Algal cave was inventoried in September 1999 to confirm the presence of cave isopods that were reported in the cave in 1998. White isopods were found in all six pools investigated with an estimated number of more than 800 found. Species of aquatic amphipod, at least one species of planaria, and one species of oligochaete worm were also found.
