This thesis examines habitat use of lynx, fisher, and wolverine as discovered through winter tracking. Over 1500 km of transects were covered, and forest cover was examined where tracks were found. Geographic Information Systems was used to describe forest information and 1981 Landsat Mss images were used to determine landcover.
