This report summarizes Logan Pass/Oberlin Bend wildlife monitoring conducted in 1996. Systematic monitoring occurred on 7 days between July 11th and August 29th and included 23 hours of observation time. Documentation of the numbers and locations of goats, visitors, and vehicles in the Oberlin Bend area were recorded; as well as goat/ human interactions and goat attractants; the use of the Logan Pass area by carnivore species, through sss sightings and track surveys were recorded as well.
