Article discusses study conducted during the 1985-1988 nesting seasons in Glacier National Park. Characteristics of foraging perches were examined in three active bald eagle breeding territories within the Park. The characteristics of used perches (site and tree) were compared with available perches to determine if preference for certain perch types exist.
