This document addresses the issues and concerns that were identified in meetings with concerned agencies, organizations, and individuals. The issues and concerns include partnership responsibilities,cultural and natural resource protection,how to protect the religious sites and values of the American Indian community,how to document traditional uses and address concerns of the heirs of the Atrisco land grant, as well as issues concerning interpretation, education, visitor circulation and access, public use of the monument,neighborhood interests, storm water drainage and utility rights-of-way, and boundary adjustments. In addition, several issues were raised that were beyond the scope of this plan.
