From the Abstract: "Nine sub-populations of the introduced mountain goat (Oreamnos americanus) on the Olympic Peninsula were exmained during the period 1977-1981. 237 individuals were marked, measured and monitored during this period. Observations of the reproductive success of individuals as well as overall population processes of each sub-population were made to illuminate the process of dispersal and its relationship to demographic vigor and population dynamics." Study sites within Olympic National Park.
