Ecological condition and public use of the Cabrillo National Monument intertidal zone in 1990 [Final Report]
Davis GE and Engle JM. 1991. Ecological condition and public use of the Cabrillo National Monument intertidal zone in 1990 [Final Report]. Technical Report No. NPS/WRUC/NRTR-92/45. Cooperative National Park Studies Unit, The University of California at Davis. Davis, California
This report assesses the effects of human activities such as trampling, specimen collecting, general disturbance, and pollution to the plants and animals in the Cabrillo National Monument's intertidal zones. It compares current resource conditions to those evaluations documented by Dr. Joy Zedler 13-14 years ago. To evaluate restoration efforts of the tidepools, monitoring protocols and fixed plots have been established.
