This dissertation resulted in a collection of 544 mammal specimens representing 39 species and subspecies from Colorado National Monument during the years 1961 to 1963. As a result of this study, Vulpes macrotis was added to the fauna of Colorado. A review of the literature and existing museum collections in addition to field work are included. Contains tables, figures, and a bibliography.
