Comparative look at the ecological distribution of mammals and small mammals in particular across the diverse and varying habitats within the boundaries of Craters of the Moon National Monument (CRMO). Systematic survey of mammals of CRMO; 45 species listed, including 2 new records for CRMO. Sampled 18 habitat types, thesis includes 58 photos of them and climate records for 1954-68.
