This paper outlines the rehabilitation work in the Redwood Creek basin, Redwood National Park, California. Former logging roads, responsible for considerable erosion and stream sedimentation, are being removed with heavy equipment and the land recontoured. Park staff uses various techniques, mentioned here, to promote revegetation. The report describes techniques used, work sequence, and costs/time. The 11 photographs show the reconstruction work with heavy equipment, with some before-and-after sequences.
