This report focuses on visitor benefits and issues that GUIS park managers can realistically alter within the constraints of their areas of responsibility. The report is based on information gathered through the return mail-in questionnaires. In addition, 1000 intercept-contacts (using Park volunteers as contact-personnel) were made within a prescribed period in March, August, and October, 1990. Overall results indicated a favorable response from visitors.
