This report summarizes a study conducted which involved three phases of study. First, a site visit with the BICA staff to discuss water quality problems, second, to conduct a critical review of the previous studies pertinent to the water quality problems of Bighorn River and their causes. Third, additional information on the nature of the water quality problems of Bighorn Reservior and their causes was gathered.
