This is a transcription of dialogue at a meeting of staff from the National Park Service and New Mexico Department of Game and Fish about the possibility of reintroducing native cutthroat trout into Frijoles Creek at Bandelier National Monument, NM. Recommendations are given on needed research and administrative procedures. Pontifications about the prior history and necessity of cutthroat and beaver in the Frijoles creek are discussed (rather heatedly at times). A chronology of past fish stocking and research results is included.
