Ferns of the Mammoth Cave National Park Region

During the summer and fall of 1932 a study was undertaken of the ferns of the Mammoth Cave National Park region. This article gives the history of fern identification in this region since 1878, lists 21 ferns found with notes on their habitat preferences, and notes an additional 7 species found in nearby Warren County, but not seen in the Mammoth Cave region.
