Feasibility of small boat harbor in Agat. Studies conducted during preparation of document include site investigations, topographic and bathymetric surveys, oceanographic analysis to determine design criteria, engineering & design, economic evaluation, and environmental assessment. Marine ecology survey and cultural reconnaissance of land and offshore areas were accomplished to aid in impact assessment and evaluation.
