This report is one in a series concerning sockeye salmon nursery studies that began in 1961 in Iliamna Lake and Lake Clark. The project's objectives are to (1) obtain an index of abundance and determine distribution of sockeye fry and fingerling and major competitor species, and (2) determine the mean lengths and weights of juvenile sockeye salmon and major competitor species. The report summarizes 1964 and 1965 studies. The project is funded primarily by the salmon packers of Bristol Bay.
