This report describes the excavations of the final Bakery at Fort Vancouver, a probable Wash House, and adjacent areas.This report, the first of a series detailing the findings of the current archaeological project, describes the excavations carried out in the winter of 1970-71. These investigations dealt with an area largely inside the northeast corner of the 1845 Stockade- specifically, the final Bakery used at Fort Vancouver, a probable Wash House, and adjacent areas.
