Geohydrology and Simulation of Ground-Water Flow in the Carbonate Rocks of the Valley Creek Basin, Eastern Chester County, Pennsylvania

Sloto RA. 1990. Geohydrology and Simulation of Ground-Water Flow in the Carbonate Rocks of the Valley Creek Basin, Eastern Chester County, Pennsylvania. Water-Resources Investigations Report 89-4169. United States Geological Survey. Harrisburg, PA

This report describes ground-water flow in the carbonate rocks of the Valley Creek basin. A digital model of flow was developed to simulate the average water budget and estimate the effects of increased well pumping on the base flow. Also a water budget is presented for the gauging station near Valley Forge, and ground water quality is discussed.
