Public use cabin reservations were stored in a computer database starting in the winter of 1997. Because of this, only the data for the summers of 1998 and 1999 could be quickly analyzed. The data for the cabins is displayed in the table to the right. This data does not account for no shows which were not officially cancelled in the database. If a reservation was officially cancelled, it is not included in this data. Also, it is not uncommon for more people to stay at the cabin than was indicated on the reservation. This could be analyzed by comparing the ranger contacts with the reservation database, but was not done for this report due to time constraints.
