The first six chapters provide background information on the prehistory, history, and environment of the Arizona Strip. The next four chapters concern the management of cultural resources located within the Strip, including an overview of the types and distributions of known cultural resources. A series of graphic illustrations showing general site locations as well as maps specifically designed for BLM and Forest Service administered lands are included.
