The National Park Service is considering a corrective action plan to remediate underground fuel contamination in the vicinity Brooks Camp. The objective of the proposed action is to remediate soil and water contaminated by gasoline and diesel fuel leaked from underground storage tanks amd piping. The NPS hopes to accomplish this goal in a manner and to a degree that minimizes adverse impacts to natural and cultural resources and human health and safety.
