The 1960 research on the freshwater survival of red salmon at Brooks Lake followed closely the Operations Plan dated May 1, 1960. Not included in the Operations Plan were various phases of the 1959-1960 winter studies, some of whechare described in the report. Dr. W. L. Hartman was Project Supervisor over all phases of the Brooks Lake Research Program and Dr. C. J. DiCostanzo was chief of Red Salmon Investigations throughout this study period.
