Report on survey of breeding populations by USFWS of seabirds along the length of the California coast which was sponsored by the Minerals Management Service in relation to oil and gas leasing in the area. Survey sites include Point Reyes, Drake's Beach, Muir Beach Headlands to Tennesee Cove, Bird Island, Point Bonita, Point Lobos, Alcatraz Island and other locations within PORE and GOGA.
