A study was undertaken to re-map the forest vegetation in Manassas National Battlefield Park using ecological community types supported by data analysis and classification consistent with the United States National Vegetation Classification. This report describes the community types identified and provides lists of plant species recorded in each type. A discussion of forest health that summarizes major threats to forest health and management implications is also included.
