Presents results of 2002 bald eagle breeding survey in VA by geographic area. Primary focus of the survey includes the tidal reaches of the Chesapeake Bay tributaries and the lower Delmarva Peninsula. All Chesapeake Bay tributaries in Virginia are systematically surveyed to the extent of tidal influence. The survey is a part of the Bald Eagle recovery program.
