This decision record documents approval of amendments to the Monument Resource Management Plan and the Sun Valley Management Framenwork Plan. Both plans guide resource management in the monument resource area. The following changes were recomended: (a) to designate Brass Cap Kipuka as a Researach Natural Area/Area of Critical Environmental Concern (b) to designate Sun Peak as an Area of Critical Environmental Concern (c) to change the classification of two areas from retention to transfer.
