The vertebrate inventory included birds, amphibians and reptiles, fish, and mammals. Field inventory was limited to twelve days and the wetland vascular plants to three days. The surveys of the wetlands documented 41 species present in the seven wetland areas. Two of those species had not been documented at the park before. Vertebrate surveys documented 79 species that had previously not bee documented at the park.
