The report summarizes the water quality data collected four times monthly in the Twin Cities metropolitan area from July to September of 1998. Precipitation, river flows, dissolved oxygen, fecal coliform bacterial counts, and turbidity are averaged for the Mississippi River running from Anoka to the Minnesota River confluence, Mississippi River running from the Minnesota River confluence to Lock & Dam 3, Minnesota River, and St. Croix River. Averages were also calculated for September 1998 alone.
