The report discusses the progress made on inventories of exotic and rare plants at Mississippi National River and Recreation Area and St. Croix National Scenic River. Data from past inventories were collected from various agencies and analyzed. Known locations of rare plants at both of the parks were inventoried, as well. Field methods to be used in 2004 were then tested at Battle Creek and Coon Rapids Dam Regional Parks.
