The portion of the river that runs from the Camden Bridge south to 8th Ave NE is discussed. The plan describes ways to provide public access to the Mississippi River, create a system of streets along the river, enhance ecological function of the area, link parkways, and develop the area. Recommendations are made for the managment and design of parks, environmental restoration, land use, and historical features.
