Three national parks of coastal California: Point Reyes, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, and the Presidio, were systematically inventoried (by Point Reyes Bird Observatory) for wintering waterbirds and shorebirds. The report provides the parks with data required to determine species disribution, avian habitat associations, relative abundance and species richness.
