Annual report for surveys conducted during August 1999. Excerpt: "1999 was the 19th consecutive summer steelhead trout survey of Redwood Creek, the first was 1981. The 10 adult summer steelhead (steelhead >16.5 inches) and 5 half-pounder steelhead were observed in a mainstem survey reach. This year's summer steelhead count in the index reach was 5. The population is declining and the cohort strength of 1984 and 1985 has waned."
