The Northern Colorado Plateau Network (NCPN) monitoring plan is being developed over a multi-year period following specific guidance from the National Park Service. Networks are required to document monitoring planning progress in three distinct phases and to follow a standardized reporting outline. This document comprises the Phase II report on the development of a plan for natural resources monitoring in 16 parks of the Northern Colorado Plateau Vital Signs Network (NCPN) and Prototype Cluster. The report list vital signs that have been identified by individual network parks, describes park-specific and network-level priorities in relation to these vital sign, and serves as documentation for GPRA Goal 1b3 - Vital Signs.
