This report explains the process by which analog survey data and mapping in a paper copy report from "A Survey of Aquatic Vascular Plants of the Upper Delaware River" (The Nature Conservancy, 1994; Reference 123324) were transformed into digital products. These products include an MSAccess relational database and GIS ArcMap shapefiles.
