This plan describes the status of the Manzanita Lake fishery, reviews the lake's past and current management programs, identifies problems, and outlines activities designed to effectively manage the fishery from 1995 through 1999. It should be emphasized that this plan is meant to guide a joint program, but not limit the flexibility that both the Department and the Park need to meet unanticipated problems (i.e. the recent six-year drought or the State's fiscal problems).
