This report contains the results of amphibian surveys done in Big Lagoon and Tennessee Valley seeps and creek. The purpose of the study was to determine the breeding and non-breeding use of selected seeps by amphibians and reptiles and to describe any associations between sample site habitat conditions and species use. Species found in Tennessee Valley Creek and seeps were: rough-skinned newt, California slender salamander, American bullfrog, Pacific treefrog, California newt, ensatina, arboreal salamander, common garter snake, and alligator lizard. No California red-legged frogs were found. In Big Lagoon rough-skinned and California newts, and Pacific treefrogs were found in abundance. Only a few California red-legged frogs were found in Big Lagoon.
