This booklet lists and describes all of the possible plant and wildlife species that you may find while hiking the Pacific Crest Trail. There are specific numbers assigned to various stretches, or divisions, of the trail that span from 90 to 190 mi. The occurances of the species are assigned according to division numbers. For example, Black Bear can be found from Div. 1-12. Mt. Rainier, Crater Lake, and Mt. Lassen are all key division points.
