Under NPS Contract No. CX-1200-8-PO63, Collaboration in Science and Technology Inc. (CSTI) has assisted in the Mining and Minerals Branch of the National Park Service in measuring the ambient sound levels at four locations in two NPS units: Glen Canyon National Recreation Area (GLCA) and Dinosaur National Monument (DINO). This report documents the work that has been performed on this project. The purpose of the measurement program is presented in Section 3. The equipment used is presented in section 4. Summaries and analyses of the data for the four sites are presented in section 5 through 8. Section 9 presents the conclusion of the final report. The apendices include equipment installation instructions, equipment operating instructions, data entry and procssing instructions, and equipment and material supplier information.
