This annual report details work conducted at CANY from May through September 2004. The authors conducted an inventory for bat species in all three units of CANY, focusing on high-priority sites such as water tanks, pools and other water features where bats were likely to occur. The primary collection methods was mist netting, conducted at 20 sites. Efforts in 2004 resulted in capturing 1053 individuals of 14 of the 17 species believed to occur at CANY.
