The report summarizes the nationwide household fisheries survey conducted in October and November, 2000. The purpose of the survey was to collect subsistence fisheries data and to complete a profile on Samoan village fisheries. The survey covered 5% of Samoa's households and 20% coverage of villages. Includes graphs on percentage of fishing methods, catch per unit effort for each strata, percentage of total meals containing various seafood groups and various other types of tables and figures.
