This report presents the data from the 1992 fecal coliform study for the Gauley River National Recreation Area and Bluestone National Scenic River and is a continuation of the water quality studies conducted at New River Gorge National River (NERI) since 1980. Any visible trends between fecal coliform counts and stage level and/or 48 hour precipitation (48prcp.) will be discussed and recommendations for 1993 will be presented.
