This report has been prepared to satisfy the listing requirements of Section 303(d) and the reporting requirements of Section 305(b) and 314 of the Clean Water Act. The territorial waters (includes watersheds in the National Park of American Samoa) were evaluated to determine if quality standards were met. Water quality and associated data from fiscal year of 2003 were used to complete the report.
